Knowledge and understanding: Knowledge and understanding of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency SPCC regulations 40 CFR 112, for development of a Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plan. SPCC Certification: Hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State the plan is to be installed and previous experience with development of such plans.
